We purchased our Ivins property in 2014. We purchased it to build our retirement home. For the next five years we worked on home plans, participated in the St George Parade of Homes, and investigated/evaluated General Contractors. Over time, it became quite clear that Circle A Builders was one of St. George’s premier homebuilders. The homes that they built both for the Parade of Homes and their customers were thoughtfully designed, tastefully appointed, and extremely well built. As we became personally acquainted with Chad and Margaret Anderson, they impressed us with their open, warm and forthright manner of building homes and doing business. They clearly described communication protocols, potential budget exposures, construction schedules and payment procedures. After soliciting bids from multiple contractors, we ultimately selected Circle A. them We moved into our finished home in October of 2019. It is a beautiful home, and we are very pleased with the relationship we have developed with Chad and Margaret. Throughout the project they were quick to provide updates and share their design experience. The project came in on budget and (but for some unforeseen weather delays) met the proposed schedule. Even now they are quick to perform both warranty work and elective modifications that are part of building any new custom home. Margaret tells me that Circle A has built over 120 homes. We are proud that ours is one of them. We wouldn’t hesitate to have them build another. We can recommend them without either reservation or qualification.
