We selected Circle A Builders because of their reputation for quality work, and for being easy to work with! We found out what this means during the course of construction of our home in Dammeron Valley. It was a rather large project and just as it was completed, a rare monsoon descended, with flood damage to several homes in the neighborhood, including ours. Chad and Margaret were one of the first on the scene to render assistance, recall the key subs and get us back together. It took some time, but Chad and Margaret stayed with us during the process and never gave up. This is probably the highest compliment we would pay: They will stick with you til the very end!!

We purchased our Ivins property in 2014. We purchased it to build our retirement home. For the next five years we worked on home plans, participated in the St George Parade of Homes, and investigated/evaluated General Contractors. Over time, it became quite clear that Circle A Builders was one of St. George’s premier homebuilders. The homes that they built both for the Parade of Homes and their customers were thoughtfully designed, tastefully appointed, and extremely well built. As we became personally acquainted with Chad and Margaret Anderson, they impressed us with their open, warm and forthright manner of building homes and doing business. They clearly described communication protocols, potential budget exposures, construction schedules and payment procedures. After soliciting bids from multiple contractors, we ultimately selected Circle A. them We moved into our finished home in October of 2019. It is a beautiful home, and we are very pleased with the relationship we have developed with Chad and Margaret. Throughout the project they were quick to provide updates and share their design experience. The project came in on budget and (but for some unforeseen weather delays) met the proposed schedule. Even now they are quick to perform both warranty work and elective modifications that are part of building any new custom home. Margaret tells me that Circle A has built over 120 homes. We are proud that ours is one of them. We wouldn’t hesitate to have them build another. We can recommend them without either reservation or qualification.

Once we met them, we both knew they were the ones we wanted to build our retirement home. We lived out of state, so we weren’t there to watch the progress of our new home. After meeting with several builders, we selected Circle A Builders because of their consistent high quality, great reviews from other home owners and their willingness to personally assist with every detail of the project. Circle A offered a selection of home plans that were very functional and affordable. We were able to visit other building sites, prior to starting our own home, and examine the quality workmanship that is a Circle A standard. When selecting specific surfaces, floor coverings, fixtures and lighting, we were pleased to discover their willingness to spend time assisting us with these important details. We hired Circle A Builders to design and construct our custom home in 2015 and are very pleased with our new home and our relationship with owners, Chad and Margaret Anderson.
